the city of Lecce, famous for its beautiful old town, is located
in the centre of a very attractive tourist area (Salento, where
famous tourist destinations as Gallipoli, Otranto and Ostuni are
located). It offers luxury hospitality and also economic hotels.
It is also easily accessible via the airport of Brindisi, where
several (low-cost) airlines stop off. Shuttle connections from/to
the airport are provided every hour, and every trip lasts 40 minutes.
Many bus companies maintain direct connections to Lecce from main
Italian cities (Naples, Rome, Milan). Train connections are also
numerous and frequent.
